Now that you have received your authorization to test (ATT), you have 180 days or 90 days to sit for the examination, depending on your NRB. This article is a quick guide for NCLEX scheduling and examination tips.
NCSBN Registration
Nurses who wish to take the examination must register for the NCLEX with Pearson VUE. Registration details, such as payment options, program codes, and timelines, are available on the website.
Pearson VUE Dashboard
Once you have completed your registration and logged in to your account, your landing page will be your dashboard. This is where you will make all your requests, such as registering for an exam, scheduling an exam, confirming your upcoming appointments, and even getting your quick results.

- This is where you will REGISTER for the NCLEX.
- When asked for the program, select the Philippines, hit the search button, and details will automatically appear.
- You need to pay $200.00 to register for the examination.
- Payment options include debit or credit cards.
Ready to schedule
- This is where you will select the date of your examination.
- Currently, there are two sites where the NCLEX is being held in the Philippines:
- Trident Tower, Makati City
- Armstrong Corporate Center, Makati City
- Individual schedules are not available unless you pay the registration. However, you may check the Lefora group on Facebook, where users share the available schedule for the month. You may access it here.
- You need to pay $150.00 for the international schedule.
- Payment options include debit or credit cards.
Quick results
- Unofficial test results through Quick Results are available two business days after taking the exam.
- There are participating regulatory bodies, so check before availing of the service.
- You need to pay $7.95 for you to have access to it.
- Payment options include debit or credit cards.
Important Reminders
- PASSPORT IS THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION to be presented in the testing center. (Naka-bold na yan ah, baka may magtanong pa kung pwede ibang identification card.)
- You may bring your device to the testing center, as they will ask you to put it in a zip lock and store it in a locker. Make sure of the following:
- All ALARMS are off or disabled during your testing time
- Make it SILENT or TURN OFF your device
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. As the exam will take time, utmost comfort must be your concern.
- Stay in a hotel near your testing site a day before your examination. This will make you feel relaxed and not concerned about traffic congestion or missing the examination.

I think you can, as long as comfortable and no open shoes if ever. Pero if you have other options, like jeans, mas safe.
